HAMS: Harm Reduction for Alcohol

BAC - Blood Alcohol Content

Blood alcohol content or blood alcohol concentration (abbreviated BAC) is the concentration of alcohol in a person's blood. In the US BAC is defined as centigrams/milliliters.

This is also sometimes referred to as BAL (Blood Alcohol Level).
